Bryan Gonzalez is a 2023 SS/2B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Hatillo, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Showed above average speed with a 6.84 second sixty. Primary short stop with a medium athletic build. Has good bounce in his step with quick feet working to the ball and through it with a quick funnel. Gathers with a short arm action gaining ground into the throws and showing big arm strength at 90 mph. Right-handed hitter, starts slightly open getting back to even with a simple load and stride. Has above average bat speed Turing tight with the swing and impacting the baseball to the pull side with some authority and jump off the barrel. Very good student. Named to the 2022 Sunshine East Top Prospect List.
