Toussaint Bythewood is a 2022 OF/ with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Encino, CA who attends Harvard-Westlake. Recorded a 6.69 second sixty-yard dash time. Long, lean frame with athletic look to it and room to add more strength. Primary outfielder; anticipatory actions in the process, fielding off his front with a clean gather and maintains momentum through release. Stays behind the baseball well with smoothness to his actions and some bounce in his steps. Recorded online, accurate throws up to 88 mph from the outfield during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from an upright, slightly open stance with a tight hand set, high back elbow and a low hover trigger. Simple, repeatable swing that gets on-plane efficiently, shows present bat speed and projects long-term. Middle-of-the field approach with advanced bat-to-ball skills, feel for the barrel and the ability to create tons of leverage out in front. Displayed consistent ability to impact the baseball with authority, flashing legitimate power potential from gap-to-gap.
