Tanner Jackson is a 2021 1B/RHP, 3B with a 6-2 155 lb. frame from Lagrange, GA who attends Lafayette Christian. Flashed a larger frame with lanky, slender build showing plenty of room to fill in the future. Long limbs. Ran a 7.63 second sixty yard dash. Primary Firstbaseman with young footwork showing. Clean glove and clean gathers with a very quick transfer getting it out of hand in a hurry. Good feel for the position. Secondary Righthanded pitcher utilizing a big high leg kick with weight on back backside and then transferred well down the mound. Throwing only from the stretch. Long arm action before releasing from a low three-quarters arm slot. Drops down occasionally to a submarine arm slot. Righthanded hitter starting from a spread out stance with everything up high. Slight bat wrap to a short to it, long through it type swing. Middle away type approach showing some decent gap pop at times. Showed signs of power with some strength gains in the future. Outstanding Student.
