Luis Gonzalez Rodgriguez is a 2022 C/IF with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Patillas, PR who attends Puerto Rico Baseball Academy. Taller and strong frame with a barrel chest and lots of strength. Ran a 7.06 in the sixty yard dash. A primary catcher, some explosive traits in the lower half allowing him to move quickly with the base. Stays in line with a quick transfer with low in line throws with carry. A switch-hitter, starts with wider from both sides and uses a toe tap and has quick hands that are very strong through the zone. Looks to pull with authority form the let side and has a bit flatter of a path and gap-to-gap approach from the right-side. Good student.
