Mason Garcia is a 2022 1B/RHP with a 6-5 225 lb. frame from Eagle, ID who attends Eagle HS. Recorded a 7.66 second 60-yard dash time. Extra large frame with lots of strength and physicality well-proportioned throughout. Primary first baseman who fields with two hands out in front. Compact arm stroke with a higher slot at release and throws recorded up to 71 mph across the diamond. Throws come out well and has quick turns when throwing to second. Right-handed hitter with a narrow base and swings hard. Downhill swing plane and shows a lot of strength when extended. High hand set with a high back elbow and looks to get the ball into the air. Impact strength and more consistency out in front will unlock power. Tremendous student.
