Cristian Soto is a 2024 C/1B, 3B with a 5-10 188 lb. frame from Bayville, NJ who attends Central Regional. Medium, physical build with obvious strength to the frame. Ran a 7.58 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, lower setup, narrow base, gaining ground with clean exchange and quick release, compact arm action to a three-quarters slot, recorded throws up to 72 mph and a pop-time of 2.09. Right-handed hitter, open front side with hands set around the ear, toe tap trigger stride, got the barrel extended and impacted to the pull side consistently with good loft to the path. Good hand speed and some power to the path. Great student.
