Frankie Noto is a 2022 OF/RHP/IF with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from East Moriches, NY who attends Westhampton Beach. Large frame with strong, physical build; ran 40 yard dash in 5.11 seconds. Hits from even stance with hands set high, loads well into back hip, shifts well, gets the barrel out front and creates leverage, flatter path, consistent hard contact throughout. Worked out in the outfield, halts momentum to field, hands work, gets moving again and shows arm strength, clocked up to 84 mph. Also pitched, elongated rocker step into balance with glove tap at hand break, fastball worked 80-82 mph with late, heavy arm side life, showed shorter slider with depth, attacked the strike zone. Good student, named to 2020 Northeast Indoor Top Prospect List.
