Kenna Law is a 5'10, class of 2022, 2B/3B from Muscatine, IA who attends Louisa-Muscatine HS. Kenna is a solid, upper class player who has a veteran's presence highlighted by a strong defensive game. She ran a 3.40 20-yard dash with a 1.12 5-yard split! Kenna is a poised and polished defender. Her ability truly shines on the dirt and her approach as an infielder is impressive. She shows very quick feet and positions well. Easy and consistent fielding style. Glove plays. Very smooth. Funnels well to a plus arm slot. Her 57-mph throws are firm, hold their plane, and are highly accurate. Unquestioned college ready ability with the leather! At the plate, like most veteran players, Kenna has an advanced approach to bunting. With her first step quickness, the short game should be a big part of her offense moving forward. She has a balanced stance at the ready and incorporates some negative load in her swing operation. When she is on time and on path, her contact-first approach works and she strikes the ball well. Limited power potential, and that may never be a big part of her hit game. As she improves her contact consistency, her offensive game will take off. Through her positive body language, one can tell that softball is very important to Kenna. Her glove is impressively good. Her bat shows signs of being really good. Love her approach to all areas. Her skill set is sound. She can play at the next level!

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
