Jake Catalfio is a 2025 OF/RHP with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ who attends Chaparral. Lean athletic build. Ran the 60-yard dash in 6.84 seconds. Primary outfielder, showed some athleticism, moved well laterally, displaying firm accurate throws. Was clocked up to 85 mph on throws from the outfield with good carry. From the plate, hits from a slightly open stance,the hands sit low with a simple load. Displayed a level swing with good bat speed that stays long through the zone driving the ball middle away. Will continue to get stronger as he gets older. Excellent student. Was named to the Sunshine Southwest Showcase Top Prospect List.
