Dominic Rossy is a 2028 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Walton. Medium, square shouldered frame with some present strength proportioned throughout frame, additional room to develop moving forward. Ran an 8.70 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, side turn at start of set up in drills, receives the ball out front, showed nice actions behind plate in live action, works to a lower slot on throws down to second base, accurate out of hand. Fuller arm action through the back on throws across infield, shows some lateral agility in actions, will continue to refine overall footwork moving forward. Left-handed hitter, spread and bent knee stance at the plate with tight hand set at start. Incorporates strength into swing, some moving parts but shows quick hands, impacts the ball hard to the pull side. Creates leverage off of the barrel and can generate nice carry to the pull side, consistent results off of the barrel. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
