Jordan Gomez is a 2026 1B/LHP, OF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Eastlake. Features a big, sturdy frame. On the mound he has a clean operation working exclusively out of the stretch. He has a slow kick to core height with a long arm stroke. He kept everything in and around the zone. he lied to the arm side corner with advanced command. In the outfield he showed proper technique and clean arm action with the ability to one hop accurately. At first he again showed proper technique with clean, accurate double play feeds. At the plate he has a medium base and is slightly open. He has a slight leg lift into a short stride. He has a smooth swing with an up the middle approach and the ability to keep everything on a line. More to come in the power category as he adds strength. He is a very good student.
