Quinton Lorgeree is a 2023 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-0 168 lb. frame from Anthem, AZ who attends Boulder Creek. Features a high-waisted build with plenty of room to fill out. Primary left-handed pitcher. Threw exclusively out of the stretch. Utilized low effort, slight drop and drive mechanics. Gets down the mound well. Features a high 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action. Displayed quality arm speed throughout arm swing. Repeats delivery really well. The fastball sat 74-76 mph with armside run. Ball comes out of the hand cleanly. Threw the offering for strikes consistently. Has more velocity in the tank. Paired with a low-60’s curveball with slurve action. Also threw a fading changeup at 66-68 mph with quality arm speed deception. A projectable arm with the foundation for a quality three-pitch mix. Also worked out at first base. Showcased soft hands with good footwork into fielding position. Caught the ball cleanly. Arm translated off the mound. Short arm action produces strong, accurate throws regularly. Left-handed hitter. Utilizes a slightly open stance with feet a little further than shoulder width. Remains balanced throughout loose, easy swing. Makes quality contact on a regular basis. Gets good extension out front. Plenty of power projection remains. Ran a 7.52 60-yard dash. Good student. Named to the 2022 National Underclass West Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
