Andy Francis is a 2023 RHP/2B, 3B with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from McLean, VA who attends St. John's College High School. The primary pitcher has a wiry athletic frame and he ran a 7.73 in the sixty. The right-handed pitcher showed a solid 2-pitch mix with loads of upside. He has a clean arm stroke with some shoulder quickness and the ball jumps well out of his hand. The curveball has big break with 11/5 shape and he has pretty good feel spinning it. The left-handed hitter starts slightly open with a higher hand set with a direct path to the ball. He pulls his hands in well and sprays the ball to all fields. Upside bat with added strength.
