Brandon Santiso is a 2026 C/RHP/1B with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Hialeah, FL who attends Hialeah Educational Academy. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present physical strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.08 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, starts on a knee during drills portion, shows quickness to actions, shorter arm action, gets on side of ball at times with throws, quick transfer and release, can continue implement additional lower half/footwork into actions. Extra step to and through the ball in the outfield, deliberate footwork, occasionally gets under the ball at release, shows some strength on throws. Also pitched, works exclusively out of the stretch, higher/coiled leg lift with drop and drive lower half mechanics; works to a high three-quarters release point and worked around the zone while inducing weak contact off of the barrel. Fastball topped out at 81 mph, mostly true in life with occasional cut action, will continue to find a consistent release point; mixed a curveball up to 62 mph, tends to slow arm on release of pitch. Left-handed hitter, begins with a spread stance and a higher back elbow at the plate; works inside the baseball and shows whip through the zone to the barrel head. Nice present bat speed and shows quickness to hands, works to the middle and pull side parts of the field with comfort while consistently finding the barrel, shows jump off barrel when squared.
