Matthew Cordi is a 2025 SS/RHP, MIF, UT with a 5-7 138 lb. frame from Brick, NJ who attends Brick Twp Memorial. Recorded a 7.13 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a young frame and developing build, has easy gliding actions through the ball with good bounce in his step, good lateral range, funnels the ball deep to his body, charged the ball well with good balance, shows very good raw arm strength for his present age and size. Projects well on defense. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a short line drive swing plane, works the ball to all fields, good compact and simple swing that will continue to develop with additional strength. Good student.
