Vincent DeGrado is a 2024 SS/RHP with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends Moore Catholic. DeGrado worked exclusively from his primary IF spot defensively, flashing present athleticism and active footwork with controlled body movements and clean glove work. He displayed solid lateral range up the middle and consistently made accurate throws across the diamond up to 77 mph. DeGrado is a reliable defensive prospect with additional arm strength coming in the future as the frame fills out. Offensively, the righty started from a wider base with a compact hand set and present bat speed to produce impact to all parts of the field. He created backspin at times with flashes of carry when timed up, posting an exit velo of 75 mph. Ran a 6.90 sixty yard dash.
