Karter Perry is a 2026 OF/LHP with a 5-4 120 lb. frame from Pell City, AL who attends Pell City. Smaller young build with plenty of growing ahead of him. 8.38 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, has an athletic approach to the ball, loose and easy actions with a clean funnel out front, keeps momentum through his throws, has been well coached on the fundamentals, long and loose arm action that projects well. Switch-hitter at the plate, hits with a short stride and tight hands from both sides of the plate, simple approach that gets the barrel out on time, has some rhythm and flow, can use his hips and lower half more to help generate bat speed. Also pitched, slow and deliberate delivery with a high 3/4's to over the top arm action, arm is fluid and clean and he gets good extension out front. Fastball topped out at 70 mph early, worked mostly in the mid-60's, hides his fastball well in back and the velocity plays up. Showed good feel for and spin on his curveball, gets some sweeping depth, confident in landing his curveball. Good young athlete who will keep improving as he gets stronger.
