Jadiel Perez is a 2026 SS/3B with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Orlando, FL who attends Lake Nona. A larger frame kid with physicality and athleticism present in the frame. Ran a 7.04 60-yard dash. Primary shortstop who was light on his feet with smooth actions. The feet carried him well, getting in position to make good picks with the glove, making a transfer close to the chest, and making on-target throws. Had power behind the throws as well. As a left-handed hitter, he showed off his physicality during his round of BP. Uses a small leg-lift trigger and drives through the zone, getting the hands in and driving the baseball. As a right-handed hitter, he's got a wider base, higher set hands, and the back elbow up. Stays fairly direct to the baseball with a small stride forward and uses his strength to get good bat speed and create solid contact.
