Adam Oxley is a 2021 3B with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Cicero, IN who attends University High Sch Of Indiana. Big and strong athletic build. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow stance with a big lower half shift into contact, very busy hand load with a deep bar in back, difficult timer to be consistent with, long one-plane swing with some strength at contact when he's on time. 7.12 runner in the sixty. Solid actions at third base defensively, comfortable throwing from multiple arm slots and makes accurate throws with good carry, hands are solid on the move. Also pitched, has a clean arm circle in back leading to a mid 3/4's arm slot, good direction in his delivery and uses his lower half well. Steady low 80's fastball, topped out at 83 mph, also threw a slider and change up that he showed some feel for. Making adjustments with the bat will be key to his development. Excellent student.
