Cade McCary is a 2022 OF/3B/SS with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Houston, Tx who attends Memorial. Medium frame with athletic, projectable build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.12 seconds. Hits from wide-based, athletic stance; hands stay stationary through load, short stroke through the zone, hands stay short through the zone, gets the ball into the air, projects with strength. Primary outfielder, first step quickness is good, reads ball well off of the bat, plays through the ball cleanly, shows athleticism, clocked up to 83 mph on throws. Also took infield reps, athletic action, ranges to both sides, hands work well out front, clocked up to 85 mph on throws. Good defensive abilities in OF and in IF. Good student.
