Nicolas Taylor is a 2026 OF/LHP/1B with a 5-8 135 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who attends Peachtree Ridge. He ran a 7.95 second sixty. A primary outfielder with a lean lengthy frame. In the outfield he comes to get the ball fielding it out front with good glove presentation, the arm strength is developing with accurate throws to the bases. At first base he moves well to the baseball with feel for the glove and a quick release on the throws. On the mound he worked forth stretch only with a belt high leg lift and short arm action working to a three-quarters slot with he fastball sitting 65-68 mph. He also showed a curveball in the mid 50's with loose spin that has the chance to develop into a better pitch with tighter spin. Left-handed hitter, does a nice job getting the bat head out front with some direction to the bat path and young feel for the barrel that will get better has he get better balance other swing.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
