Mark Coakley is a 2024 C/IF/OF with a 5-7 130 lb. frame from Merritt Island, FL who attends Merritt Island. Lean athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. 7.11 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has young lower half actions shifting and throwing, still learning how to come out of his crouch, developing arm strength. Also plays the infield. Right handed hitter, swings hard and has some strength in his swing for his size and age, gets his hips and lower half into his swing, has some lift and uphill angle to his swing out front, projects as a hitter as he gains strength. Speed is his best present tool. Good student.
