Ryan Schultz is a 2023 RHP/OF with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Flemington, NJ who attends Hunterdon Central. Recorded a 5.45 second forty-yard dash. The primary right handed pitcher moves with a full wind up and a short side step into a controlled high leg lift, a well-balanced backside, and good extension and lateral movement to the plate. Schultz has clean separation of the hands with a three quarter arm slot keeping the fastball down in the zone topping 75 mph. Also taking balls in the outfield showcasing good footwork and throwing accuracy to the bases at 72 mph. Right handed hitter steps into the box with an upright, narrow, and slightly opened stance with high hands and a high back elbow. He has a short leg lift, rocks back, and pulls his hands in as he is working the ball middle to pull side approach with good bat to ball skills. Good student.
