Todd Walley is a 2023 3B/RHP/1B with a 6-2 200 lb. frame from Auburn, AL who attends Auburn. Big and strong young build. Right handed hitter, top down swing with a big hip glide into contact, tends to get out to his front side early and lose his hips, has some lift in his swing and will have power potential if he can make swing adjustments. 7.54 runner in the sixty. Corner infielder on defense, best tool is his arm strength, gets good carry across the diamond, can use his lower half more to work into fielding position and get his glove down earlier. Also pitched, has a simple turn and throw delivery on the mound with a high 3/4's arm slot, repeats his mechanics well. Threw almost all fastballs in his outing, sitting in the low 80's with occasional running action, still developing feel for his curveball release. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
