Ross Clark is a 2024 RHP/OF with a 6-5 195 lb. frame from Brea, CA who attends Orange Lutheran. Outstanding young pitcher's build with tons of physical projection remaining. Step by step mechanics with a deliberate pace, high 3/4's to over the top arm slot, repeats his release point well. Upper 80's fastball, lots more velocity there in the future, gets very nice downhill angle on his fastball and works down in the zone consistently, gets his fastball to both sides of the plate with intent. Showed good tightness and depth to a mid 70's curveball, stayed on top of it most times. Threw a nice diving change up with full arm speed. Has an idea how to mix his pitches and throw to spots. Very interesting young arm. Good student. Named to the PG Underclass All-American Games Top Prospect List.
