Carter McGuinn is a 2026 LHP/1B, OF with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Coral Springs, FL who attends Marjory Stoneman Douglas. Taller and slender look. Ran a 7.99 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher. Worked with a coiled up leg lift around the letters. He carries the front side well working down the slope. The fastball had a ton of arm-side run, working up to 82 mph. Heavy fastball attack early in the outing. Worked arm-side well and then began mixing in a 12-6 shaped curveball with good depth. Also showed a harder changeup that he replicates arm speed well on. Both the fastball and changeup have arm-side life. The fastball has a sinker profile, and the changeup has that good arm-side tumble. Threw from a three-quarters arm slot with a longer arm stroke through the back. Good student.
