Will Wazevich is a 2027 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-4 105 lb. frame from Alpharetta, GA who attends Wesleyan. Medium frame with a lean build. Ran a 8.13 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, sees it well off the bat and took efficient routes to the baseball. Glove works as he scoops it up before working into gather. Hands get up to chest as he exchanges before releasing. Accurate to the bag as he threw it 62 mph. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working exclusively from the stretch. Higher leg lift while coiled at the top before working down the hill. Tall and fall type mechanics before releasing from a higher slot. Gets over front side well and proved he could repeat. Fastball up to 64 mph as he lived around the zone with it. Also flashed a 12-to-6 breaking ball in mid-50's. Right-Handed Hitter, balanced to start before working into a toe tap to stride. Weight stays on backside a bit before flashing a linear cut. Looks to let the baseball travel and drive it middle-away. Feel for the barrel present and will generate more pop once the frame fills out physically. Named to 13u/14u Southeast Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
