Ryan Beaty is a 2023 2B/RHP, 3B, MIF, IF, OF with a 5-11 175 lb. frame from Waller, TX who attends Waller High School. Athletic built utility man. Defensively, he preps well pre-pitch with rhtyhmic footwork and a glove that really plays. Lateral mobility stoodout with an arm that produces easy velocity and accurate throws that carried well across the diamond. At the plate, he sets up crouched with wide spread base and high back elbow. He works with a toe tap timing mechanism and a hand cock load. There's strength in the hands at impact with a middle to pull side approach. Present pull side power. On the mound, hands start at chest , then break quickly to a simple over the top delivery . Fastball has deception from the hidden arm delivery, and just enough velocity to be effective. Curveball needs a bit of refinement but shows moderate depth when executed properly. He plays everywhere on the field, and has a really lively arm. Has some choices to make in the future, while attending Weatherford College. 6.93 60-yard. Exceptional student.
