Cole Berger is a 2023 3B/RHP, IF, OF with a 6-4 185 lb. frame from Walford, IA who attends Prairie. Large frame with long, lean build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.92 seconds. Hits from wide-spread stance, leg lift trigger, hands work away from body early and stay lengthy through stroke, tends to stay stationary in lower half, shows contact skills on flat path. Worked out in the infield, active feet, halts momentum to throw, fields clean out front, up to 73 mph across. Also pitched, rigid arm stroke to extended 3/4 slot, fastball worked 67-70 mph with some angle, flashed curveball with some depth. Very good student.
