Drew Stevens is a 2026 C/RHP/3B with a 5-5 115 lb. frame from Bloomington, IL who attends Normal Community. Slender young build with lots of growing ahead of him. Right handed hitter, has a simple swing with a hanging leg load to start, rotational upper body swing with some looseness out front, pull to mid field contact, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength. 8.69 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, receives the ball cleanly with good glove actions, throws from a lower arm slot with developing carry on his throws, young footwork. Also pitched and grades out better as a pitcher at present and projects well on the mound. Has a simple turn and throw delivery with a closed landing out front, arm action is fluid and loose from a 3/4's to mid 3/4's arm slot. Fastball sat in the upper 60's with nice consistent sinking action, showed confidence in his curveball with some spin and developing consistency. Threw with confidence and had a good outing. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
