Jamall Dixon Jr is a 2025 3B/C with a 5-5 123 lb. frame from Victorville, CA. Young, narrow shouldered frame with some present strength to frame and additional room to grow and develop throughout. Ran an 8.48 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, fields the ball out front and glove plays at the ball when on time, gets it out of glove quickly, some carry on throws when working on top of the ball, will continue to refine overall actions moving forward. Also caught, lower set up behind the plate, shows some quickness to transfer, young footwork will keep improving, shows accuracy on throws. Right-handed hitter, begins with a slightly open stance and tighter hand set close to body; utilizes a double toe tap trigger for timing in the box. Keeps hands inside the ball throughout swing, shows some quickness to them and can continue to implement additional extension out front at the point of contact. Best when working on a linear plane, occasionally shifts weight early onto front side, contact oriented approach.
