Bryce Fleming is a 2023 OF/RHP, 3B with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Gilbert, AZ who attends Highland. Features a medium build with athleticism. Ran a 6.93 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder. Showcased sound fundamentals throughout defensive workouts. Moves with fluidity into the catchpoint. Creates quality carry using a short arm action. Was accurate with a majority of throws. Threw 80 mph during workouts. Right-handed hitter. Utilizes a narrow, upright stance with a simple timing mechanism. Swings on a direct path with extension out front. Approach stays through the middle of the field. Shows good feel for the barrel. Power should only continue to develop as strength is added. Right-handed pitcher. Utilizes drop and drive mechanics down the mound. Uses a longer arm action with a clean path. Fastball worked up to 79 mph. Can command the offering well. Pairs it with an upper-60’s curveball with 12-6 action. Can create consistent depth with late bite when spun well. Very good student. Named to the West Uncommitted Top Prospect List.
