Orion Marshall is a 2024 RHP/1B/3B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Leesburg, VA who attends Paul VI Catholic. Medium frame with a slightly physical build. Ran a 7.78 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, very compact delivery as he works on a good line, shorter arm action to release through a high three-quarters slot, cuts himself some at release but able to produce really good sinking life to the arm side on the fastball. Also showed feel for a sweeping slider, landed it well while also flashing feel for a straight changeup. Good amount of strikes and shows intent to both halves. Also worked out in the infield, slower actions on the dirt with limited range at present but fields it cleanly and shows accuracy on throws across. Righthanded hitter, longer and slightly uphill swing, works hard to lift and shows some bat speed that'll project as he gets the barrel out more consistently.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
