Solly Wener is a 2023 OF/3B with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Toronto, ON who attends Foresthill. Medium frame with slender, athletic build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.52 seconds. Hits from wide-spread stance, leg lift trigger, length to stroke with solid bat speed, gets stiff and downward at entry at times, shows ability to square up on a line. Primary outfielder, quick feet, plays low to the ground, keeps feet underneath him with balance, clocked up to 81 mph on throws. Also took infield reps, hands and feet are solid, clean out front with funnel, lengthy offline arm stroke through the back, made the plays, accuracy to throws, clocked up to 78 mph. Very good student.
