Kellen Groesbeck is a 2024 OF with a 5-2 105 lb. frame from Scottsdale, AZ. Young, square shouldered frame with a lean build, will continue to grow and add strength moving forward. Runs well, posted a 7.14 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the ball out front and glove plays at the plate, shorter arm action through the back, works quickly through release, arm strength and carry on throws will continue to develop with strength. Righthanded hitter, begins with an even stance and a high hand set at the plate, loads hands back at start of swing. Upper body dominant swing, best contact when working on a linear plane, worked to the middle of the field with contact, occasionally gets downward with swing path. Excellent student.
