LATEST PG SHOWCASE REPORT
2022 National Academic Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Evan DiTanna is a 2023 SS/2B, OF with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from Denver, CO who attends Regis Jesuit. Evan showed good footwork on the infield, Waits back on the baseball a bit, should be aggressive towards it. His glove and hands are firm due to late presentation for ball. Moves both ways well especially to left. Able to change arm slots and throws were accurate. Evan has an even base with a simple stride into swing position. Working the bat up hill a bit through zone he still shows good intent and ability to make hard contact. Has some sneaky pull side power. Added strength and maturity will continue to improve all aspects. DiTanna showed good speed with a 60 yard dash time of 7.13 seconds. Evan is very good student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
