Jason Dunham is a 2026 SS/RHP with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Huntington Beach, CA who attends Huntington Beach. Slender young build with lots of time and room to fill out and get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from an open start, gets to his front side early in his close, busy hands in his load, lots of moving parts into his swing, has barrel to ball skills and barreled up the ball well in the games, will continue to improve as a hitter with additional strength and some simplifications. 7.63 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder on defense, has a quick exchange and a compact arm action, can make throws on the run, tends to lay back on balls at times, more arm strength to come as he matures. Took a turn on the mound, works with a high leg raise delivery and a compact 3/4's arm action, stays athletic in his delivery and works well down the mound. Fastball worked in the upper 70's and topped out at 80 mph, did a nice job of pounding the bottom of the zone with his fastball. Also threw a hard curveball with very good spin and landed it for strikes frequently. Graded out better as a pitcher than a position player at this event. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
