2022 13U/14U Florida Showcase
Thomas Giltner is a 2025 C/RHP, OF with a 5-10 138 lb. frame from Hollywood, FL who attends Hollywood Hills HS. Recorded a 7.24 second 60-yard dash time. Lean and athletic frame with plenty of room to add strength. Primary catcher with good blocking and receiving skills. Smothers balls in the dirt and has good catch-and-throw skills with a best recorded pop time of 2.04 seconds. Athletic enough to handle the infield with a clean arm stroke and good accuracy. Secondary right-handed hitter with excellent athleticism, a full arm stroke, and good arm speed. Fastball flashes some serious arm side run and sink. Curveball was very sharp with lots of sweep and biting life. Threw a ton of strikes and missed bats, very legitimate two-way player. Right-handed hitter with a narrow stance, high hand set, high back elbow, and moves through contact well. Clean path with a short stroke and feel for the barrel. Has strength to the pull side and can turn it over with authority. Great student. Named to the Florida Showcase TP List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
