Gavin Harrington is a 2024 1B/LHP with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Everett, WA who attends Lynnwood. Wide frame showing length in limbs. 7.90 60-yd. Worked on time to the baseball at first base allowing the compact arm to get to a high release and put the ball accurately to its location. Fields with the glove out front and could adjust to different speeds. The left-handed setup sees him start with very high hands and a narrow stance. Utilized a big hand pull down with front foot lift seeing a simple landing to the front leg. Pulls the barrel through the zone looking to lift and rotate out front. From the hill, it's a simple short sidestep before high leg lift allowing the short 3/4 arm slot to come out. Worked online with a short stride and was able to get the fastball to both sides of the plate. The overhand 12/6 curveball lets the break produce depth.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
