Extra-large, broad shouldered frame with present physical strength proportioned throughout frame. Ran a 7.80 60-yard dash. Shows depth and solid spin to curveball up to 68 mph with mixing and flashed a changeup up to 76 mph which continued to improve nicely throughout outing. Worked out both in the outfield and at first base, deliberate actions in the outfield, shows carry on throws and works through the ball nicely; graded out better at first base in this look, footwork in sync with hands, smooth actions around the bag with sound arm strength across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, begins with an open stance and utilizes a big toe tap trigger for timing at the plate. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
