Jackson Jones is a 2027 SS/RHP, 2B, OF with a 5-4 122 lb. frame from Orange, TX who attends Little Cypress-Mauriceville. Posted an 8.41 in the 60. Primary SS showed a good motor with some versatility around the field. Ranges well in the infield to both sides with good feel for the glove. Plays through it well in the outfield with the makings of fluid actions working downhill. On the mound the right-hander topped his fastball out at 73 with a promising three pitch mix in the zone. Held an efficient outing flashing his pitchability. Left-handed hitter did good job utilizing all fields with a smooth contact approach. Good foundation at the plate with plenty more to see as he fills out and matures across his tools.
