Timothy (Will) Fitzhugh is a 2027 RHP/1B/IF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Daphne, AL who attends Daphne. Medium height with a wiry frame that will mature nicely. Ran a 8.86 in the sixty yard dash. A primary pitcher, stays compact and creates some angle across the zone. Shorter arm circle and 3/4 release and the ball comes out clean. Some sink to the FB and it helps to produce soft contact. Downer breaking ball was a weapon and got a lot of swing and miss. Flashed a CH to give him a solid third offering. A secondary first baseman, good glove placement with a two handed field and funnel process. Turns well and throws with accuracy. A right-handed hitter, pre sets the hand load and stays pretty compact to launch. Level stroke while really turning the torso to get the bat head out front. Stays on top and works the field.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
