Tanner Evans is a 2026 2B/SS with a 5-8 145 lb. frame from Omaha, NE who attends V.J. And Angela Skutt Catholic. Lean frame with room to fill out moving forward. Ran a 7.85 60-yard dash. Worked out as a primary middle infielder. Worked through the round with comfort. Moved well and was able to make plays with the glove. Showed a comfortable backhand. Also worked out at first base moving fluidly and recording outs with his arms. A left-handed hitter who starts in the batters' box with a spread stance and high-set hands. Uses a toe-tap trigger to get the foot down and get on time. He was athletic in the box and was able to show off some quick hands through the zone. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
