Jayden Ross is a 2027 RHP/3B, OF with a 5-8 125 lb. frame from Perris, CA who attends Citrus Valley. Primary right-handed pitcher with a medium frame and slender young build. Recorded a 8.50 second 60-yard dash time. Side step to a lower leg lift and small arm circle behind to short arm higher slot release. Fastball up to 65 mph (1573 RPM) with natural cut-action from release and curveball in the mid-50s as a secondary offering. Young pitcher with developing arm strength and feel for his release point getting down the slope as he matures into his slender frame. Secondary third baseman with short strides into gather and quick release from short-arm slot on throws across the diamond at 64 mph. Aggressive approach in the outfield working through the ball on throws to the bases at 65 mph. Some athleticism moving around using the feet to get online on throws from the outfield. Right-handed hitter with a wide base and heel-raise load. Direct path with middle-field approach and handsy swing with minimal lower-half movement into contact. Added and strength through maturity will increase overall actions on the field. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
