2021 13U/14U Northeast Showcase
Robert Kolman is a 2024 C with a 5-10 215 lb. frame from West Islip, NY who attends St. John the Baptist. Kolman looks the part of a capable catcher, working out of a broad build with tons of target room for pitchers to utilize. He successfully gained ground and consistently threw downhill to second from behind the plate with a quick transfer. Arm strength will continue to develop as Kolman matures. Offensively, he started from a slightly open stance flashing raw compact bat speed with a solid middle of the field approach. Developing slightly better hip rotation will increase power potential. Ran a 8.23 60 yard dash.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
