Gunner Skelton is a 2026 SS/RHP with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Columbia, TN who attends Columbia Academy. He ran a 8.26 second sixty. A primary short stop with a smaller frame. On the infield he has some actions with the foot working to and through the baseball while receiving the baseball with soft hands. His athleticism on the infield project well with his acorns and will keep getting better as he matures. On the mound he starts with a side step into a quick leg lift as the arm works short through the back up to a three-quarters arm slot with a fastball at 68-74 mph throwing a lot of strikes as he works quick. He mixed in a curveball at 65 mph with slurvy shape. Right-handed hitter, showed good bat speed in batting practice driving baseballs off the wall. The athletic swing translated to the game with multiple barrels in game action as he routinely impacts the baseball hard on a line. Named to the 2021 13U Summer Main Event Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
