Joshua Landrove is a 2024 2B/SS/OF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Miami Lakes, FL who attends Barbara Goleman. Smaller young build with lots of growing ahead of him. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a back tap trigger, stays on his back side with limited lower half shift into contact, short and direct swing with good barrel control, did a good job of staying on time and executing his high contact approach, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength and some swing adjustments. 7.25 runner in the sixty. Primary second baseman on defense, has deliberate actions towards the ball and fields the ball cleanly with two hands out front, short arm action and makes accurate throws, stays well balanced in his actions. Also worked out in the outfield. Excellent student.
