Gabriel Jones is a 2025 SS/RHP, MIF with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Sterrett, AL who attends Chelsea. Ran a 7.26 second sixty. Primary short stop with a medium projectable build. Fields the ball out front on the infield with firm hands as he snatches it and brings it into the mid line. Showed some solid arm strength with developing accuracy across the diamond from an extended arm slot and quickness to build on. Right-handed hitter, starts with an open stance. Showed an ability to get to a point of leverage at contact with flashes of bat speed getting to extension at contact at times, impacting the ball best to the pull side. Good student.
