Caleb Hill is a 2025 SS/RHP, MIF, UT with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Deer Park, TX who attends La Porte. Recorded a 6.73 second 60-yard dash time. Primary shortstop with a medium frame and lean athletic build. Quick feet with lateral agility to both sides. Hands work out front with clean funnel to exchange and throws across the diamond at 90 mph. Quick release and accuracy while on the move. Secondary right-handed pitcher with a compact delivery working direct down the slope. Controls the strike zone with fastball up to 86 mph (1840 RPM) and short curveball with depth at 70 mph (1923 RPM). High-slot release with a long arm swing and clean delivery. Switch-hitter with a toe-tap trigger and quick hands from the left side of the plate. Slightly open stance from the right side with a bit more pop to the pull side with extension out front. Excellent student with a 4.5 GPA. Named to the South Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
