Max Gomez is a 2022 2B/RHP/OF with a 6-1 150 lb. frame from Nassau, NW who attends C.R. Walker. Slender young high waisted build with lots of room to fill in and get stronger. Right handed hitter, starts from a straight stance with a leg lift trigger, late hand hitch trigger, long and loose swing with mid field to opposite field contact, can develop more rhythm and an earlier timer to start his swing for more consistent contact. 6.81 runner in the sixty. Primary infielder on defense, has good athletic balance fielding the ball, snatchy quick hands, over the top arm action with a high front side throwing, developing arm strength. Also worked out in the outfield with similar athletic actions. Good athlete who will keep improving with basic repetitions and fundamentals. Good student. Named to the Florida Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
